Remodeling condos-fun, or not?

I wonder how many people are like me and find that doing remodeling jobs for small space homes like condominiums can be a real challenge. As an owner of some out of town units, gettig quality work done, on time and within my limited budget can stretch creativity and resourcefulness. Kitchens and bathrooms are particularly tricky....but external work and amenities like fireplaces need special treatment too.

But like any project, a condominium project does bring rewards when it is all done-and sometimes it can garner a higher rent fee too! And nothing can be more fun than seeing your property's value and economic worth go up, especially in these economic times..

A few of my thoughts for kids 8 or younger: Visit the Zoo, have lunch at No Frill Grill, ride on the Norfolk-Portsmouth ferry, and go to the Hermitage and the park next to it. Hopefully more will participate in this group. I'm running out of ideas!!!!
