The Larchmont-Edgewater Civic League is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization that strives to promote good fellowship among residents and property owners in the Larchmont and Edgewater neighborhoods in the western part of Norfolk, Virginia. The civic league encourages residents to unite for cooperation and interchange of ideas for the members' interest and to further the best interest of the participating neighborhoods. Focus areas include beautification, recreation, safety and protection of its citizens and their property investments.
