"Homicidal" (1961)

The murder of a small-town justice of the peace ignites an investigation that ultimately forces family secrets to light. "Loggerheads" (2005)

Three stories set in North Carolina converge in a potent drama set over a couple of years. A young drifter begins a tentative relationship with a motel handyman. And another woman wakes up one day and decides to find the son she gave up for adoption, which is the catalyst bringing the stories together.

"Persona" (1966)

Ingmar Bergman's classic film brilliantly explores identity and art through two women stuck in seclusion. A famous actress suffered a breakdown on stage and is being cared for by a nurse, and soon their personalities converge and become reflections of each other.

"The Window" (2008)
