The purpose of this organization is to progressively promote civic improvement and community sprit; to encourage the highest standard of citizenship and the preservation and protection of property and the rights of property owner; to promote facilities for community recreation and social activities; to promote the beautification and safety of the community; to discourage and prevent objectionable enterprise from entering our community; and to foster the growth of a sprit of friendliness and co-operation.
